Cancellation Policy
• CANCELLATION POLICY – Our automated confirmation system begins communicating with you by text and/or email 3 days prior to your appointment. This gives you ample time for confirming, or making changes so we may offer your spot to another guest. ◦ Changes within 24 hours of your appointment may result in you being charged a portion of your booked appointment. ◦ ‘No Show’ appointments (didn’t call and failed to show up, leaving a gap in our calendar) will be charged the full amount of the booked appointment and will be added to the end of our call back list.
